REMOTE JEWELLERY REPAIRS
When sending your item, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® for shipping. This service offers end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery, guaranteed next-day delivery, and compensation for loss or damage from Royal Mail.
Please make sure to include the following information:
(A hand written note works just fine!)
Your Name
Your return address
Your items nickname (this can be found on all previous emails we have sent to you).

The Next Steps…
Our online jewellery repair process is simple and convenient, here’s how it works:
STEP 1: Full In Person Assessment
Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you via email and complete a full, in person assessment.
STEP 2: Payment
After this, we will send you an email update and a secure link to pay via our online portal.
STEP 3: Repair
As soon as payment has been received we will get to work repairing/restoring your item(s). Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the repair to be completed.
STEP 4: Your Item Is Returned
Once the repair is completed you will be notified and your items will be sent back to you via our secure delivery service. You will receive a tracking link so you can trace your parcel straight to your doorstep.
